2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate booking and passenger information
- Ensure passengers comply with safety instructions
- Ensure lawful use of services
- Notify us of changes in advance
Failure to do so may result in service refusal or cancellation.
3. Safety & Compliance
- All services operate in accordance with UK transport law
- Vehicles and drivers meet required licensing and safety standards
- We reserve the right to suspend services if safety is compromised
4. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are agreed in advance
- Payment terms must be met as specified on invoices or contracts
- Late payments may incur additional charges or suspension of service
5. Cancellations
- Cancellation terms are agreed at booking or contract stage
- Late cancellations may incur full or partial charges
6. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our control
- Liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately where:
- Payment obligations are breached
- Safety or legality is compromised
- Misuse or abusive behaviour occurs
